This table completely changed our dining space. Everyone who comes over asks about it. I especially love the movement in the red epoxy—it gives the table personality without taking away from the wood.
We spent a long time deciding between a traditional river table and clear epoxy, and I’m so glad we chose clear. It almost looks like the wood is floating inside the table. This is a large table and I was concerned it might feel too heavy visually in our dining room, but the transparent sides make a huge difference. The live edge detail showing through the clear resin is stunning. Photos really don’t capture the depth of it.
The irregular black section is what sold me on this design. I specifically did not want one of those perfectly symmetrical epoxy tables, and this one has a much more organic look. There were a few delays during the process and I wish the timeline had been a little shorter. That said, once it arrived and we set it up, I understood why these take time. The wood is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is excellent. Definitely not something you’ll find at a regular furniture store.
We didn’t want anything too flashy, just walnut with a narrow dark river down the center. They nailed it. The black epoxy has some texture when the light hits it but doesn’t overpower the wood at all. The table also feels much heavier and more substantial than our previous dining table. Very clean work around the edges and where the resin meets the walnut.
I was a little nervous about ordering a custom table online because the green color was very specific and I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. It ended up being almost exactly what I had pictured. The emerald resin changes quite a bit depending on the light, which is probably my favorite part.
The blue is even richer in person than it looked in the photos. What I like most is how they kept the natural shape of the wood instead of making the river perfectly straight. It gives the whole table much more character. The finish is very glossy and smooth and the table feels extremely solid. We’ve already had several people ask where we got it.
