Our warranty covers eligible defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. Please review the following warranty terms, exclusions, and claim procedures to understand how your WOODZIO table is protected.

1. Warranty Coverage

WOODZIO provides a 12-month limited warranty to the original purchaser of our custom wood and epoxy resin tables, beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal household use during the warranty period, subject to the exclusions and conditions outlined below.

If an eligible defect is identified, WOODZIO will review the warranty claim and determine the appropriate repair or replacement solution in accordance with this policy.

2. Warranty Exclusions

Our 12-month table warranty does not cover damage or conditions resulting from the following circumstances.

Custom Components and Specialty Materials

Custom components or materials outside our standard product lineup, including specialty finishes, fabrics, foam, or other non-standard materials, are excluded from warranty coverage.

Environmental Exposure

Damage caused by outdoor use, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, or unsuitable environmental conditions is not covered.

WOODZIO tables are designed for indoor use only unless otherwise specified.

Natural Wood Characteristics

Natural wood features, including knots, grain variations, mineral streaks, and natural color differences, are not considered manufacturing defects.

Each solid wood and live edge table has unique characteristics that contribute to its individual appearance.

Improper Cleaning and Maintenance

Damage caused by harsh chemicals, solvents, alcohol, abrasive cleaning products, or improper maintenance of the wood or epoxy resin surface is excluded from warranty coverage.

Accidental Damage and Misuse

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, improper use, rough handling, neglect, or misuse after delivery.

This includes damage caused by placing excessive weight on the tabletop or using the furniture in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your WOODZIO wood or epoxy resin table has a defect covered by our warranty, please contact our customer service team within the 12-month warranty period.

To help us review your warranty request, please provide the following information:

4. Epoxy Resin Table Repair Services

WOODZIO provides complimentary repair services for eligible minor issues, such as surface peeling or small cracks, in accordance with our warranty policy.

Depending on the nature of the issue, repair services may include appropriate touch-up materials, protective coatings, or sealants.

If you notice a problem with your wood or epoxy resin table, please contact our customer service team with a description and clear photographs of the affected area.

5. Wood & Epoxy Resin Table Care Guidelines

Proper care and maintenance can help preserve the appearance, surface finish, and overall condition of your WOODZIO table.

To maintain your custom wood or epoxy resin table, we recommend following these care guidelines.

Protect Your Table from Sunlight and Heat

Keep your table away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and extreme temperatures.

Avoid placing hot cookware or other high-temperature objects directly on the tabletop.

Clean with Gentle Products

Clean the tabletop regularly using a soft cloth and a mild, pH-neutral cleaner.

Avoid abrasive cleaning tools, harsh chemicals, alcohol, and solvents that may damage the wood finish or epoxy resin surface.

Prevent Scratches and Surface Damage

Use coasters, placemats, and protective pads when placing objects on the tabletop.

Avoid dragging sharp, heavy, or rough objects across the surface.

Inspect Table Legs and Hardware

Periodically check the stability of the table legs, joints, and hardware connections.

6. Important Warranty Information

Table Dimension Tolerances

Due to the handcrafted nature of our custom wood and epoxy resin tables, slight dimensional variations may occur during production.

WOODZIO allows a tolerance of up to ½ inch for tabletop dimensions and table base heights.

If your project requires exact measurements, please specify your dimensional requirements when placing your order.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your custom table and its packaging carefully upon delivery.

If visible shipping damage is discovered, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.

Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and affected product areas, and retain them for your shipping damage claim.
