At WOODZIO, we stand behind the quality of our epoxy tables. All our products come with a 12 month warranty, guaranteed to perform as expected under normal household use. Below are the full terms of our warranty policy:

Warranty Coverage

WOODZIO warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery, subject to the exclusions outlined below.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following:

• Custom Components: Any custom parts or materials (such as fabric, foam, or specialty finishes) outside our standard product lineup.
• Environmental Exposure: Damage caused by outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, or excess moisture. Our items are designed for indoor use only.
• Natural Wood Features: Unique natural characteristics of wood, including knots, grain patterns, and color variations, are not considered defects.
• Improper Cleaning: Damage resulting from the use of solvents, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners on the resin surface will void the warranty.
• Accidental or Misuse Damage: Damage caused by improper use, rough handling, accidents, or neglect after delivery.

Warranty Claims

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide:

• Your full contact information
• Product item number and description
• Detailed written explanation of the defect
• Clear photos or video showing the issue
• Proof of purchase with delivery date

All claims must be submitted within the warranty period. We reserve the right to inspect the product and will determine whether to repair or replace the item at our sole discretion.

Repair Services

If your epoxy table develops minor issues such as surface peeling or small cracks, we provide complimentary repair service, including required materials such as touch‑up paint and sealants.

Usage & Care Guidelines

To help maintain your table and extend its lifespan:

• Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.
• Clean regularly using a mild, neutral cleaner.
• Avoid scratches by not placing sharp or rough objects directly on the surface.
• Periodically check the stability of joints and connections, and tighten screws if necessary.

Important Notes

• Tolerance: WOODZIO allows a ½” tolerance for tabletop dimensions and base heights. Exact measurements must be specified at the time of ordering.
• Shipping Damage: If visible damage is found upon delivery, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing. Retain photos of the damage for claim purposes.
