WOODZIO is pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that Hawaii, Oregon, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote locations are excluded from complimentary shipping.
Unloading Service Options
- Table Length Under 90 Inches – Truck Unloading Included
For tables shorter than 90 inches, the delivery truck will provide unloading at no extra charge - Table Length Over 90 Inches – Customer Self-Unloading
For tables longer than 90 inches, the customer is responsible for unloading. We recommend having 3–6 people available to assist safely. - **Table Length Over 90 Inches – Trucking Company Unloading (+ $600 USD)**
If you prefer the carrier to unload oversized tables (over 90 inches), an additional fee of $600 USD applies. This option is often costly because it requires renting a forklift and hiring a certified operator, usually for a full day. For better value, we suggest arranging a local forklift rental near your delivery address.
Delivery Details
Your table will be truck‑delivered directly to your driveway or doorstep. If access is restricted (narrow streets, one‑way roads, construction, steep terrain, etc.), you will need to unload at the closest safe stopping point for the delivery vehicle.
Please note: Standard curbside delivery includes only one driver, whose ability to assist with heavy unloading is limited.

- Standard Production & Shipping: Approx. 8–10 weeks after you approve design drawings
All timelines are estimates. Each piece is fully handmade, so exact lead times cannot be guaranteed.
Stock Items
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 weeks
Packaging & Shipping
Every piece is carefully packed for maximum protection. Table slabs are wrapped in thick protective blankets and secured inside heavy‑duty custom wooden crates to prevent damage during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow a short delay for carrier scanning and status updates.
Changing Delivery Address
Please double‑check your address at checkout — WOODZIO is not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact Customer Care at support@woodzio.com right away. We can update the address only before the order ships. No address changes can be made once the package is in transit.
Why Haven’t I Received My Order?
Deliveries may be delayed due to severe weather, airline or logistics disruptions, or remote location conditions. Some packages may arrive early, while others experience minor delays.
