1. Avoid High Heat
While epoxy resin is durable, it is not designed to withstand direct high temperatures.Do not place hot pots, pans, or heated appliances directly on the surface, as this may cause thermal marks or surface damage over time.
We recommend using heat pads, trivets, or coasters to protect the finish and preserve its clarity.
2. Prevent Scratches
Epoxy surfaces are resistant to everyday wear, but they are not completely scratch-proof.To maintain the smooth, glass-like finish, avoid dragging heavy, sharp, or abrasive objects across the surface.
Items such as metal utensils, ceramic dishes, and decorative pieces should be lifted rather than slid to prevent fine scratches.
3. Clean Gently
For daily care, use a soft microfiber cloth to remove dust and light residue.
For a deeper clean, a gentle solution of mild soap and water is recommended. Wipe the surface carefully and dry with a clean, soft cloth.
Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, acetone, or alcohol-based products, as these may dull or damage the finish over time.
4. Limit Direct Sunlight Exposure
Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may gradually affect the appearance of epoxy resin, potentially causing slight yellowing over extended periods.
To preserve the original clarity and color, we recommend placing your table away from direct sunlight or using UV-filtering curtains or blinds when necessary.
