Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for non-customized items that have verified manufacturing defects.
As each custom piece is made to order, customized products are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
Showroom samples and specially commissioned items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to provide guidance and support throughout the return process.
All returned items must be in as-new condition. Items that require restoration may be subject to additional fees.
A 35% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns after inspection.
We are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or global events.
Quality Assurance
Every piece undergoes a thorough inspection prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us promptly with a detailed description and clear photos or videos. We will review the case and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a partial refund where applicable.
Please note that damage resulting from improper assembly is not covered under our warranty or return policy.
Due to the natural characteristics of wood, variations in grain, knots, and minor cracks are to be expected and are not considered defects.
Material & Natural Characteristics
We use premium solid wood, selected for its beauty and individuality. Natural imperfections are part of the material’s unique character and enhance the authenticity of each piece.
Wood is a living material and may respond to environmental conditions such as humidity and temperature. Minor dimensional changes may occur and can typically be minimized by maintaining a stable indoor environment.
Returns or claims based solely on natural movement or environmental factors will not be accepted.
All products are designed for indoor use only.
Dispute Resolution
We understand that payment disputes can be complex and stressful. If you have any concerns regarding your order, we encourage you to contact us directly—we are committed to working with you to reach a fair and satisfactory resolution.
In the event that a dispute is filed with your financial institution, we will fully cooperate with their investigation and provide all relevant documentation. We will respect and abide by the final decision.
